CampMaker LLC has another van for sale. The van is a 2021 Ram ProMaster 2500 cargo van with the 159" wheelbase on a high roof model. This was purchased new from NW Jeep Ram in Beaverton Oregon in August of 2021 . We build our vans for about one year and then test them out for six months before putting them up for sale. This allows for a careful build and effective testing. The van has a flawless mechanical history. All regular maintenance and oil changes were done at the RAM dealership. It has approximately 8,500 miles and has a remaining 28K miles on an existing transferable vehicle service contract warranty. The camper conversion portion of the van build also has a warranty that covers CampMaker’s modifications and alterations for three (3) years or the first thirty-six thousand (36,000) miles.

Living area is approximately 6 feet wide and 12 feet long. The standing height is 6 feet. The bed is 54” wide x 73” long. The kitchen counter is 48” long. 

We have traveled and camped in camper vans over the years and used that experience to improve each new van design. The van fits in a regular parking spot.  It has been parked under a high roof car port and protected from the elements. It has been driven regularly and taken on a few camping trips. For your convenience, we are offering a number of van specific equipment with this sale.

This camper value can be confirmed by the invoice you will receive from CampMaker LLC. The vehicle sale price can be used to establish your comprehensive insurance coverage. 

 This is a front wheel drive van. After the conversion, the front wheels still have 53% of the weight. This makes for excellent traction and braking in snow, as well as on and off-road situations. The vehicle has upgraded all-season "Open Range" tires from Les Schwab. These have an excellent balance of smooth highway driving and winter/snow traction. The wheels are Havasu from Black Rhino.

In addition to the two front seats, we have added a Ford Transit 3 person bench seat. The new floor mounts to support this seat were installed by Van Specialties in Tualatin. This helps the van become a family adventure vehicle.

Norcold Refrigerator/Freezer – 3.1 C.F. marine grade  - 12 volt efficient Danfoss compressor. 400 Watt solar can power refrigerator off-grid indefinitely. Kitchen Sink - 14 in. x 18 in. commercial stainless steel. 12 volt fresh water pump integrates with sink faucet, Soap Dispenser, 22 Gallon Fresh Water Tank for easy filling and winterizing, 2 x 4 Gallon Wastewater Removable Tanks, Microwave and Portable butane stove for cooking, Trash can under kitchen sink.

Propane System

5 Gallon Vented Propane Tank Vault. 16K BTU Suburban Propane Heater. Keeps the van warm when it’s very cold outside (for heating the van when the engine is off). In this well insulated van, it has been tested down to 7 degrees. Portable Butane Cook Stove, Smoke Detector, Carbon Monoxide, Propane Detector, RV Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket.
