This is the shop facility. The tall garage door, wood and mechanical shops are excellent for a camper van project, especially during the winter season.
Here is one of my recent clients van in the production bay.
Years ago our family had a 1974 VW - Adventure Wagon. We had many fun family trips. This vehicle was the beginning of our interest in camper vans.
For one of our van projects we purchased a 2015 ProMaster 136 wheelbase low roof van from Enterprise Rental Car Sales in 2018.

Insulation is one of the most misunderstood topics in the van build community. I used polysio and expanding foam to seal the panels. Here is an excellent article that explains the important concepts and many options: https://faroutride.com/insulation/
This is an innovative "urine diverting" composting toilet from Germany. Here is a good article about how it works. https://www.kildwick.com/urine-diverting-dry-toilets-and-why-you-need-one
The van is now set up for adventures off the beaten path. We mounted winter/off-road tires on a second set of wheels, to be able to go on trips in the winter and the summer season.
